1. General
All products sold through this store are personalized and made-to-order using our print-on-demand partner Gelato. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Orders & Payments

Orders are considered final once submitted. No cancellations or refunds are allowed after the order is placed, except in cases of defective or damaged products as outlined in our Returns & Quality Guarantee.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
3. Shipping

We ship worldwide through our print-on-demand partner Gelato, except to the following countries where shipping is not currently available:
Åland Islands, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Isle of Man, Norfolk Island, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Tokelau, United States Minor Outlying Islands. -
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed shipment, or refusal by the customer, the customer may choose to place a new order at their own expense (product + shipping) if they still wish to receive the product.
4. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective or damaged (not caused by the content provided), contact us within 30 days of receiving the order with photos and a description.

Once the claim is validated, we will either:

Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund if a replacement is not feasible.

5. Lost Orders

If an order is lost in transit, report it within 30 days from the estimated delivery date to arrange a replacement or refund.
6. European Union Customers

Products sold in the EU include a 2-year warranty for faulty goods or items that do not work as advertised.

EU customers may report issues within 2 years of receiving the item and are entitled to a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and artworks on this website are owned by the store.

Copying or using any content without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

Delays do not affect the customer's right to a replacement or refund if the product is lost or defective.

Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of lost, defective, or damaged products as outlined above.
9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
